(b) Information obtained from third parties

• Third-party login account information (nickname, avatar)
• Information about you contained in other users' content (e.g., comments, videos)

If new features/services are directly related to original purposes, no additional consent is needed; otherwise, we will inform you and obtain consent again.

(d) Circumstances exempt from consent

Includes national security, public safety, major public interests, criminal investigations, protection of life/property where consent is hard to obtain, publicly disclosed information, etc.

2. How the Company Stores Personal Information

(a) Storage location

Stored in mainland China; if cross-border transfer is needed, explicit consent will be sought.

(b) Storage period

Kept only as long as necessary for the purposes described; deleted or anonymized thereafter unless otherwise required by law.

We implement security measures and management policies to reduce unauthorized access risks. Despite this, absolute security cannot be guaranteed due to technical limitations and malicious actions. We will notify you and relevant authorities in case of a security incident.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain copies of your personal information, as well as to withdraw consent and close your account. Specifics include:

• Access and correction via in-app settings or customer service
• Deletion requests under certain conditions (e.g., illegal processing, service discontinuation)
• Account deletion through in-app settings, which also withdraws all consents
• Withdrawing certain permissions (e.g., location, camera, microphone) through device settings
• Managing push notifications in-app
• Filing complaints/reports via customer service

7. Terms for Minors

If under 18, you should use the services under the supervision and guidance of a parent/guardian. We collect minors' data only when legally permitted and with guardian consent. Guardians may contact us for inquiries.

8. Amendments and Notifications

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. Major changes will be communicated prominently, and additional consent will be sought if sensitive data collection is involved.

Definitions of Key Terms

• Personal information: Information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person, either alone or in combination with other information.
• Sensitive personal information: Personal information that, if leaked or misused, may easily lead to infringement of personal dignity or harm to personal or property safety, including biometrics, religious beliefs, specific identities, medical health, financial accounts, location tracking, and personal information of minors under 14 years of age.
• De-identification: The process of processing personal information so that it cannot identify a specific natural person without the aid of additional information.
• Anonymization: The process of processing personal information so that the subject cannot be identified and the processed information cannot be restored.

Third-Party SDK List

SDK technology is provided by third-party partners with whom we cooperate. We can only know the permissions they request. Third parties will need to collect your information; we cannot obtain your information unless the third party explicitly discloses to us the sensitive information to be collected.

If a third party refuses to provide information, you will only be unable to use the functions powered by that third party's technology; other functions will not be affected.
